DOMESTIC (ITALY) RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS:
Not satisfied with your purchase? Wrong size? No Problem!
For all orders over € 150,00, RETURN are FREE!*
 
You can return any product purchased on freesneak.it within 14 days from the delivery date!
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. All tags must be attached. Washed or worn items, including those with stains, are not eligible for refund.
  • Fill out the return form.
  • Wait for our comunication containing the return authorization and the waybill to be given to the courier.

In the event of a Return, all shipping costs paid during the order will not be refunded.


* In case of multiple orders, the return is free only if the amount of the goods retained is greater than €150.00.
Otherwise, the return shipping costs of € 7.00 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
